As a Director in my institution, I have weekly management meetings. We focus on new and existing prospects, orientations, rules and regulations, marketing tools, and all students affairs.

I attend as many meetings as I can - including meetings with other organizations such as FAVES and local community resource boards.

We have daily meetings that cover everything. If there is a policy change or our certifying offical is changing something in the catlog or policy we are updated at this meeting. Of course we have an open door policy with any of our managers or owners, if we have concerns or suggestions.
Our company is always asking hiring managers what they are looking for when considering our graduates as a new employee.
We are also encouraged to keep up to date with any daily white pages, IT magazines or websites.

We attend meetings once a month, to learn about any changes that goes on in the company, also what will help us as a grown to make our students better.

I enjoy meetings very much. I have participated in meetings among my admission's department. These are excellent meetings because it helps me train better at my job. I get up to speed with changes in the institution, i get to ask questions related to my job, give examples with prospects students and learn new ways to answer their questions with scenarios that have happened. I also attend all staff meetings to celebrate goals accomplished, recognitions or just to participate in suggestions towards the campus. It is always good to attend all sorts of meetings, because it gives us more knowledge about the business and helps you feel more confident about your job.

I always attend the commission meeting, that is an excellent way to keep up with changes in the rules.

John,

Nathan,
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can watch via webcast. Check out the agenda information tab on the CIE website for details.

I attend weekly representative meetings to share information that comes from HQ on any changes or regulations that have changed. We also discuss many other things that may have come up throughout the prior weeks business that may be of concern or questions.

CIE meetings are great at keeping your institution up on any chages or topics. It is very vital to stay up to date and this is best done in a meeting atmosphere.

I'm very agree with you Patty! A great costumer service is the main point in order to have a successful enrollment.

We have a daily morning meeting that we use as a forum to not only coordinate our activities, assess performance, and project goals, but also as a platform for training.

Jeffrey,
Interesting! The annual exams are conducted by your school?
