Yes my school does provide and discusses with admissions agents the frequently asked questions of our prospective students. We in admissions also track new frequently asked questions and add updates to this list. The set of frequently asked questions also closely matches what state funding agencies ask their clients to inquire about with schools when they are doing their campus/school visits early in their decision process. Normal questions tend to consist of placement information, tuition policies, admissions requirement policies, program completion statistics, and employer information of who is currently hiring our graduates and if we assist with that process. Every once in a while we get a new question or concern that is new to us, however our organization provides us with the proper resources to get the correct answer to a question quickly that we may not know the answer to, then we learn something new!

yes it does. It helps so much in informing truthfully an honestly to help students become more knowledgable about the school and their choices.
I feel this is very important for schools to provide for their agents. It is a helpful tool/resource that is handy to reference when needed. We are provided with a training manual that breaks down the main topics for discussion with prospective students. The manual ranges from the history of the college to accreditation tuition breakdown and fees. The basic knowledge for financial aid and any additional support teh college offers such as scholarships and so much more. Throughout an agents career you learn so much information and things are constantly changing and as a result to be the best agent you must have your resources. It helps to stay current and be accurate when discussing information.
