Internal policies and procedures are typically monitored and updated as necessary and on a quarterly basis. State information and updates are also reviewed on a as-needed and monthly basis.

New information, updates and changes are addressed and communicated organization-wide when implemented so to keep all staff/faculty "in the know" and representing our institution in the most accurate and transparent way possible.

I agree also. The monthly reminders can always help us to be more effective. Great idea!

I now plan on meeting with career services and other departments for updates. I want to improve the communication between our departments. Communication is key to remain current.

Monthly staff meetings are the primary way future changes are announced and normal policies and procedures are discussed. Important information, such as immediate changes are addressed in called meetings, e-mails, text messages directing to a specific website, and information blast are the primary way we stay up-to-date.

My plan is to stay up to date with any training necessary to ensure that I understand all new training and information.

i agree. i have set up monthly reminders to check for any updates

YES that's a great idea.
Having everyone together when going over new information makes sure everyone is aligned and ready.

It is a good idea to communicate with other departments to keep yourself well informed about important changes and upcoming events.

A great way to stay connected and up to date is to check weekly. It might seem like a lot of work and information might not change but there can always be that one time when something just happens to change and you catch it before an administrator does.

Between myself and the other Representatives at my school, we will be checking the website for updates monthly and sharing with all others the new/updated materials - this will insure we ALL are up to date. We also will be discussing those changes/updates.

I keep updated by checking the website on a monthly basis so i can be aware of any changes that have been made. I also make sure to ask if i am uncertain of an answer to a question so i can make sure the information i am giving to the student is 100% accurate.

As suggested I plan to keep updated by checking the Ohio Board Website on a monthly basis, subscribing to any newletters and/or by calling the Ohio Board of Career Colleges and Schools.

I will keep up as reccommended by the course. I will set a reminder on my calendar each month to help me remember.

A great suggestion to keep up to date regarding information that is pertinent to admission roles through the Ohio Board of Colleges and Schools website.

check our website to see of any new updates to our polices and regulations

That seems like an extremely helpful tip. I live by a calendar during the week and would definitely need to select a day to check for updates. Since I'm new to this field, I will be meeting daily with my Director of Admissions for a month and I'll also be provided updates and information during these sessions.

In order to maintain up to date information, I plan to continually reach out to all department heads requesting information regarding any information update that pertains to their specific department.

I think the Monthly review of the website is great. Also with our growing admission department and the many changes in effect, we are notified weekly of important informational updates.

Keeping up to date on all information is extremely important. If you are not up to date then you are not accurately portraying the information that you do know to your students. I plan to keep an eye on the Ohio Board website. I also reach out to fellow employees and my directors to look for any information that I may not know. Our directors do a good job at keeping us updated on things that may change within our school specifically.

I keep updated by checking the Ohio board website on a monthly basis, in addition to this i will check School website. Also, try to gather information from staff from weekly meetings.

Especially, when a student is new I will do the research for them in order to find the answer that they are looking for...

I just added a monthly reminder in my Outlook to check the Board Website for updates.
