I am not responcible for making disclosures available to students, but I know that our students go through the loan counseling in FA Dept before they sign for Federal Stafford loans.
I also know that our Campus gathers info and publishes Campus Security report to students. We also always disclose the students the actual cost of the program (tuition and fees) and their cancellationa and refund policy posted on Enrollment Agreement.

At our institution we provide Campus Security Report, Drug and Alcohol Prevention Policy and Loan Counseling
During the initial contact, our Admissions Representatives cover each of these topics with the prospective student. Once the student actually begins the admissions process, our Financial Aid Department provides the specifics. Individual Program personnel do not become involved in discussing the financial issues.
