good info

I thought the info was great and I feel like I learned a lot. It was easy to understand and the information came very natural to me; it was not confusing or too much to retain.

Confused

Course had alot of information, very confusing and not very helpful to me.

CM 102

Interesting that things can be so different at other schools and states.

Great Refresher

The content in this course is so extremely relevant. In Ohio we are very regulated and need to always keep in the forfront of our minds and our business practices what are considered best practices and complant actions.  Our University utilizes mystery shops to test our staff in these areas to ensure we are adhering to guidelines and these refreshers are very helpful to remind us how to conduct our daily business.

Education

This was a great tool to refresh me on info and to keep me up to date on info

Education on Education

What a great acclaimation to learning institutional regulations, as a multiple company owner regulated by different agencies this outlines a lot of great safety compliance laws, rules and standards to abide by. I feel more confident in my ventures as a result of completing this course.

Glad I took 305!

This course was a great refresher for me as well as learning new things. It was nice to even speak with other employees about what we all had learned.

I liked how there was a little bit of history in there as well.

I'm glad we did get to take this course and now know more about compliance. I feel that it will make us be more confident on the phones.

Great Course!

Many of our job duties correlate with many other departments on the campus. When working with other departments and individiuals it is important to understand the rules and policies that govern each department within our school. As employess we should be a wealth of knowledge for prospect and current students. It is the responsiblity of the school to correctly guide each student in helping them make an informed well thought out decesion in regards to their education, and I feel this course will aide in giving us that ability. Thank you so much!

Admissions - CM201

I found this course quite informative and will pass along to our Supervisor the need to have all Instructors review the course material as well. I, personally, learn better with straight forward questions and answers, so the wording in the quiz questions was slightly frustrating. I look forward to learning more through the numerous courses you have to offer. Many thanks to Patty Arnoff for responding to each and every one of our responses in the forums. Great course overall!

Resource

I have had no educational background before coming to YTI- so I love that we are able to print the modules- I have a quick reference packet now that I can refer to if I am ever in a sticky situation!

CM105

I learned so much about the different compliance's we must follow as an employee at YTI. I have been here for almost three years as an instructor and wish I would have completed this course earlier. I feel all new employees should complete this training...no matter what they will be doing at YTI. This course was very informative.

Great Information

Taking this course, I have expanded my knowledge in numerous areas. I had no idea about FERPA. And I learned a lot from that.. I learned that I cannot give out any information reguarding a student, no matter what. I also learned a various amount of different types of feedback, for whn atudents ask certain questions. I feel very knowledgable in many areas of my proffession.

Course 305

I feel that this course it a great tool to keep agents informed and could actually be used as a guide for brand new admissions reps as well.  Most of the information has been taught to our team by our incredible DoA, but it is always good to hear it from another source as well.

CM305

This course was very informative and helped me gain a better understand of the institutional compliance and what schools need to achieve to comply with regulatory agencies.  The structure of the class allowed me review the information easily in smaller sections and the quizzes also helped me retain the information.  I like the use of the forums and blogs because I can learn how similar issues are handled by other higher education professions.

Course Information

The information provided gives a great deal of insight on various policies, proceedures, and regulatory limitations. The information serves as a reference to the"do's and don'ts" of federal funding and education. The most challenging aspect of the tutorials I encountered was the blown computer speakers which made the interactivity less entertaining and difficult to understand. Despite the minor technical issue, the tutorial provided a great deal of information regarding federal funding.

CM102

The course was definitely informational and useful. But it is too much information to load and retain into one session. The information is overwhelming when you are trying to juggle/learn/focus on other things at the same time as taking the course.

A bit convoluted, but informational

I really enjoyed learning about disabilities and the laws and regulations used in the educational field. I did find some of the material convoluted in regards to the questions and answer portion of the final. I did enjoy learning about the laws and will look forward to applying them in my career.

Admission Compliance

I enjoyed this training to the max.  It was lengthy, but worthwhile.  I did not have a Resource Book set up already, so this tool will be very useful for me.  It took me longer than 4 hours to complete, but I took the time to set up my Resource Book so I could refer to it as questions came up.  This training also led me to re-read my institution's catalog and enrollment agreement to ensure we are in complance with the Florida Statues.  So much more to learn, but I am eager to be informed and use the information… >>>

Round 2

This is the second Max Knowledge training that I completed for my company.  I really enjoy the programs becasue they allow me to move at my own pace.  Some items may require more time by me than others, so it's nice to have the flexibility.  I like the online environment much more than a traditional classroom training.

Very Helpful Information

Very nice!! helped me a lot to learn and see different aspects and umderstand regulations.

Great Job!!!
