As a Campus President it is essential that one keeps the finger on the pulse of the school. This effort starts with being compliant from the entrance of a prospective student into your campus and never really ends. Students as per our goals are to be successfully placed in reward health careers, but they are also our alumni boosters and need to be utilized on PAC Committees and in our classrooms as motivational speakers for our current students.
Every encounter in our school is a potential customer service trial and it is essential the Campus President has trained and partnered… >>>
As my dental assisting program is being established, I feel more organized an able to understand the admissions process as well as be able to suggest ideas in regards to admissions. During the hiring of an admissions representative for the program, as the Director, the resource notebook will be a great communication tool for keeping the school organized and our mantra alive.
Upon completing the training I have updated my resource book for accuracy. It is a great tool and very handy in appointments. In addition, I have planned to attend a few internal trainings to be up to date in industry knowledge to be able to assist my team and coach by having more information to share.
I finished the CM201 Course and the key to me was creating my Resource Notebook. I have printed the regulations and add to my notebook as well. On a daily basis I come to this page and look at comments and add some notes from several different persons.
It’s great to have this community here and communicate with all of you. As admission representative I find myself in a position to help people to find their way to success, and that makes me really proud of myself. Some Key points to all off this are to be positive, encourage people… >>>
I think this was a great opportunity for newcomers to learn all the aspects of the admissions process; as well as keep the current agents up to speed on information that can easily be forgotten.
This was very inclusive of all important compliance and regulatory issues related to the CIE. I feel that I am now current on all necessary information. Thanks MaxKnowledge.
It is alway s goos to refresh your skills and this training course put me to the test. I have taken tips and will continue to build from what was revisited during this training course. This will enable me to assist my team and ensure we stay refreshed on topica that are not always on the top of our list but important.
I've worked in Admissions for the last 14 years and have seen many changes in this industry. This was a great course providing the newest updates for my job. The course also served also a good refresher for me as far as Admissions and compliance.
It is a very informative course to stay in Complaince. Now I can do my job more effectively!
This was a very helpful course and very clear with all of the compliance standards we have. I learned alot by completing this!
This course is a "must" for all new management employees regardless of what depatment they are in. It hekps them to know what is required by law and how to stay within the guidelines of the accrediting agencies.
This course was amazing! As a new school preparing for licensure approval I have learned so much! Now I have to go and redo my whole course catalog. I highly recommend this online course. Thank you!
The Compliance portion of the on-boarding process was a great tool. I feel that, not enough companies place enough stress on the compliance portion of peoples everyday jobs. I feel that this portion has really helped me get a good grasp out of the gate as a new employee.
Best Regards,

The course was extremely helpful and informative. I feel as though I have the tools and knowledge to effectively stay within compliance as I do my job.
I have taken several online courses in the past and have always been successful with them, but some are better than others. The most valuable thing I am taking away from this course is my resource notebook. I found that after reading the information online, reading it again from hard copy, and then highlighting the "need-to-know" information, I was able to really absorb the information. I plan on having this resource notebook within reach at all times and keeping it updated with the most current information from th CIE and from my institution.
I have taken the compliance training with another institution that I worked for and I didn't learn nearly as much. While some of the basic things were recognized, my training with that institution did not go so in depth as to explain the how's and the why's. I learned a lot of the background information that lead up to the rules and regulations that are in place now. I appreciate this. The material was expalained in an easy to follow format and the mini tests were a great help. I am glad to have taked the test in this format… >>>
New to the business world along with its rules and regulations. I felt this forum was very knowledgeable. The do's and don't of the business world. Great guidelines to follow as i start my new journey.
I found that the forums in the course itself were extremely informative. It gave me a better insight as to the procedures and operations at other campuses, and what works best for their students. It was also great to get other perspectives on your comments and see how it relates to them. It's interesting how much learns just from interacting with others in the same business.
I feel that after taking the MaxKnowledge course, the foundations for my position are more layed out. I feel more confident about the policies while interacting with the potential graduates. Thank you Delta!
