This was an interesting course.  I learned some new techniques and that I am also on the right track!  I am looking forward to taking another course on the same topic.

I really enjoyed this class.  I did learn a few new ideas to help in class to motivate my students.  One thing I just did was for my students learning the heart.  I brought in different color clay and let them work alone or in groups (it was their choice) and create the heart.  I told them I was only grading on effort, not artistic ability.  Once students really started playing with the clay (even students who were very timid about it), they all really enjoyed the experience and want to do more.

This was a great course. I learned some additional techniques and methods regarding delivery choices, media choices, and evaluation systems.  I will be using some of the course suggestions.

I highly everyone to take this course.  Very informative!

I velieve the learning management system specially feedback from students and to students are key elements of developing and providing an effective class to students.

Such an informative course. This allowed me to take a step back and try to 'view myself' as my students see me. Equally, to observe other instructors and their styles is really useful advice that I have already utilized.

It is definitely challenging to get students motivated in an online environment vs the traditional classroom because we miss the face to face relationship advantage.  Learning styles are really helpful to know with respect to the students on class and the ways to react and respond when needed.

It's amazing when you're first teaching and your just trying to make the class interesting to learn that you are actually doing something that is associated with a skill. you"re learning about. This course gave me a better understanding of what I am actually doing in class. It was fun. I really enjoy these courses.

I have just completed ED105 and enjoyed it. It is important as a professional instructor to be organized and prepared. It sets the example for students to follow, that will ensure them success in the industry. Also, making sure we evaluate the students in a timely manner and review with them what they have missed helps them to retain the correct information.

I just completed ED115 and I really enjoyed it!  It is about Soft Skills.  As an Educator, I teach a Job (Career) Development course.  The information I learned and reviewed in this particular course is going to be very helpful to add to my syllabus.  Everyone should take this module.  Christine M.

I just completed the first of the group of session and I have to say that there are areas of online learning that can be part of our day to day and we do not notice the difference that they make and how important they are until we follow a course like this.  Thanks for the enhancement.

As career instructors we have to set the stage for our students. We are their role model and they are looking to us to guide them into a career. We have to be on our best at all times for them to see and respect us as  true professionals in our field of expertise. If not, we do not gain their trust, and hence, our retention drops!

I feel that understanding the different ways of presenting information in the class room is just as important as determining the level of comprehension of your students. This course gave me a lot to think about when presenting information or ideas to students in the classroom as well as in clinic.

I really enjoyed this class very much. I found that all the modules was beneficial for me to teach my studentsin a better way in future.Our every day job in critical sites in a hospital is to find the problem , solve the problem and get  a positive result out of it for future.
