I really appreciate all the knowledge I gain through maxknowledge. I have put into practice many of the strategies I've learned like: starting the first day of class with an intro of myself and I do everything I plan to do for the entire term in the first day. I welcome feedback. I go over the syllabus and class expectations. I put them into groups and I allow them to share. I have put inspiring quotes aroun the room. it is important to make  students an active participate and a learder in their own learning

I have incorporated the use of cornell notes in the classroom. I use the cornell notes as a way to help students learn how to take effective notes in class, stay engaged with lecture and follow along with the information while highlighting important points. The cornell notes also serve as a study guide giving students the main ideas of what to study with additional detail. I have also incorporated role play activities that allow the students to practice and implement their learning through the demonstrationg of in their skits and role play.
