In my classes I open the floor for my students to see, know and understand that I am not perfect. I may not pronounce every word correctly or may have spoken incorrectly. I allow my students to correct me, or even pronounce the word that I may have issues with. I find that this keeps their minds on the topics and engaged in helping me with the lecture.
