Work place stress is the most annoying of all stresses, for some it is the ever present remider that we need this job! Sometimes I imagine the goals I have are part of a game, its the next level that I have to reach in order to progress. By seeing it as a game it relaxes me to think I have another life so if it doesn't get accomplished on this try it will on the next or the next or the next. If all else fails just imagine throwing all your work up in the air and it neatly replacing itself with the task at hand accomplished, believe it or not the image of seing your task finished gives you a sense of accomplishment and you actually finish with ease instead of stress.
