My resource notebook is my school bible! I put everything I need to reference to in an organized color coded manner. I update it monthly to keep it current it is a great tool.

My Resource Notebook is my
"Bible" I have inside everything from my Institutional Catalog, Policies and Procedures to the CIE Training Information. I really like to have information about every Department of my Institution because as it was mentioned in the Course it really makes you more confident in regards of all the information you know and how confident you will feel when talking to a prospective student.

I's a great resource to have on hand all the time. The online lead generating companies are great tools for any institution, I will look deeper into that.

RAMON,

The value of the notebook is in the material that it contains. It must be current and relevant.

My Resource Notebook is an invaluable tool as it is the reference point where I use often when I have any questions and need to clarify or reinforce a concept. Thus whenever I keep it updated as much as possible.

Gabriel,
Thank you for your feedback! The resource notebook is an excellent addition. Continue to add additional materials to increase its value.

Carlos,
Checking the website for updates is a great idea. Some people actually set a calendar item to remind them to do so. Also check out the commission meetings that are webcast.

SUHEILY,

What a great suggestion! Adding processes such as internship is a great addition to your notebook. Students want to know what the processes are and what is involved.

Teresa,

We always need to be on top of our game. Understanding the rules and refreshing our knowledge is the key component to success.

Patty Aronoff

Emery,
Keep on learning! That is a great tip that we can all use. When we become too comfortable we often create mistakes. By changing it up we keep ourselves sharp.

Patty Aronoff

Myleika,

Working with students in a face-to-face interview is very different. Having your information available shows a surety in providing the correct information to the student.

Patty Aronoff

Jehonissi,

Excellent! We find that many successful people use their notebooks as part of their daily life.

Patty Aronoff

Latoya,
You bring forth an excellent point. It's not just the building at the notebook but value is in reviewing it often.

Patty Aronoff

Karine ,
The note book contains your details that you need in every day use but even the occasional question that is new. It's a great asset to have in your department.

Patty Aronoff

Kevin,

Amanda,
The resource notebook brings you confidence and security knowing that it's just a short reach a way to find the information that you need.

JORGE MANUEL,
The resource notebook is a great tool to have. Keeping it up-to-date is a critical part of its value.

The resource notebook is an invaluable tool for the Admissions Rep. In addition to keeping all state regulations, ACICS Regulations, Institutional Admissions Rules and Materials, we add product knowledge training information. It's been a great tool and will continue to ensure it is kept up to date. Thank you.

The Resource Notebook should contain the Florida rule and regulations and Statutes. Should be good that we check the Florida Commission for Independent Education website at least once a month for announcements of any updates to Rules and Statutes.

I created a Resource notebook when I started to work in the admission department, but today I want to add more information. For example the manuals for the internship, because I have a basic knowledge for this topic but I do not have information step by step about the processes of internship and sometime prospect student ask question about this process.
