I have program descriptions, admissions requirements, advertisements, postcards, attendance policies, a copy of the enrollment agreement and many other documents.
Whenever I recieve new information, I update the folder. For instance I just recieved new admission requirements and took out the old and put in the new one.
I utilize the foilder every day in my job.

I'm learning that there are a variety of definitions at my institution that are used on a daily basis; not only are they used interdepartmentally, but they are also terms that students themselves may want to know, or may already have knowledge of. A few such definitions are:
1.) Accreditation- Students are concerned (as they should be) that the institution that they plan to attend is current and credible. They want to ensure that the money that they spend on their education is going to pay off in the end, and that the institution they attended will be credible in the eyes of future employers.
2.) Scholarship- In hard economic times, financial aid is a must. Scholarships and other financial assistance opportunities are the only way for some people to attend a post-secondary institution, and as such, referring potential students to these resources, and having the most up-to-date knowledge of these resources will help the potential student through the enrollment process. This knowledge and assistance will ensure the continuing rates of enrollment even through financial hardships.

Seeing how we're an institution that primarily teaches software development, some of the terms include:
PHP - an open-source scripting language commonly used when building web sites.
SQL - a programming language used to communicate with databases.
CSS (cascading style sheets) - the syntax to style modern web sites.
CMS (content management system) - software that manages an organizations (usually) online content.

I am a professor, I am taking the course since, I sometimes get involved in the "selling" aspect of the enrollment, and I thought it was prudent to get better informed. However, there are a couple of terms that are not in the course that I have heard, for instance:
Re-entry student: student that was enrolled in a program before and for some reason left. He/She is now coming back.
TBA: Student that has no high school diploma. This student requires special guidance courses.

We use most of the terms and definitions that I saw in this course with the exception of agent since we don't have any at the moment. I will say that I've seen a lot of confusion between ''program'' and ''curriculum'' and the diference between those words. In some countries they call curriculum to your resume and since we are a bilingual school we always refer to program to avoid any confusion.
We have bilingual programs which basically mean that everything such as the books, the exams, and the lessons are in english, but if a student has a question and they want to ask it in spanish and prefer the answer to be in spanish as well, then the instructor can answer them in spanish.
There is also the more obvious terms such as: Enrollment
