Admissions application, applicants should request an appointment for a personal interview with an admissions associate in order to gain a better understanding of the college and view its facilities and equipment.
Pre-admissions assessment examination , the applicant will conplete an application for enrollment to be reviewed by the director of admissions. PAA examination is designed to further ensure that the applicant has the skills necessary to pursue the chosen program. Admsission of first time college students- applicants who have not previously attended any acreditied postsecondary institution will be considered first time college students

Accreditation as defined by the MaxKnowledge teachings in CM201 is "Accrediting agencies provide volunteer membership for institutions and act as 'gatekeepers' for federal funding program participation if they are approved and recognized by the US Department of Education. Accrediting agencies are classified generally as national, regional, or programmatic depending on their charter, approval, and scope."
Scolarship as defined by the MaxKnowledge teachings in CM201 is "A grant-in-aid to a student. The offer of a grant-in-aid to an enrolled student to offset partial or complete costs of a course, program, certificate, or degree."
Enrollment Agreement as defined by the MaxKnowledge teachings in CM201 is "A legally binding contract that is signed by applicants to licensed institutions as well as by authorized personnel at the institution. This contract forms the agreement to the terms of enrollment and provides disclosures, which inform consumers of important policies of the institution, which their signature indicates acknowledgement of."

Representative: the admissions individual who walks the prospective student through the admissions process.
Conduct: Taking a prospective student through the initial appointment and interview process from an inquiry.
Touchbase: following up on a student who is currently enrolled. This is used as a retention tool and an additional outlet for the student to share concerns, success and a PR tool.
