Our school uses a checklist, folder, and procedures we usually do as steps. Also, check online vue in order to check the student status and be up-to-date with the student.

we have a checklist already established for all the paperwork and documents that are going to be needed in each student file from bottom to top. It goes in the order that you start the process with a prospective student and as it progresses in the enrollment process.

The majority of our paperwork is completed electronically. We have an electronic checklist that shows which documents have been completed and which ones have not.
