Stephanie,
Highlighting is a great tool to quickly reach the information you need when you need it.
Patty Aronoff
Paul,
Having both is great! Make sure when updates occur, you update both versions.

I am making multiple copies for the institution in binders divided by dividers to help locate specific information for paperwork and enrollment process. With the idea of having answers of most frequent asked questions in the front to be prepared.
I have printed all the documentation out ang Highlighted some touchpoints. I am organizing them into a binder to keep for referencing.
i am going to have the paper notebook....but i am also going to create a virtual version through scanning and collecting data...
Connie,
Commitment and attendance are the two most important factors in an accelerated program. If those are missing, we end up with either failed courses or drops from the school.
Patty Aronoff
ALICIA,
Having all forms provides you an additional resource. When you are reviewing rules, pull these out for a better understanding.
Patty Aronoff
Wendy,
Wow! You are developing a great resource that you will use often.
Patty Aronoff
Marisel ,
Excellent! Accessibility is critical in select resource materials. Organization quickly gets you where you need to be.

We organize our paperwork in a binder note book. We go through our catalog and enrollment agreement and set up procedures necessary to take a potential student through the interview and enrollment process. All potential students are initially interviewed to make sure that they are a right fit and committed to completing the program. This is important due to the fact that we are an accelerated program with very high pass rates. Committment and daily attendance are extremely important.
Our school has created an binder with all the forms to keep the admissions and the other paper work necessary for the admissions.
I have created a special binder with all the codes, regulations, information on the different departments, with details, on what my school offers and a catalog.
Also I am including all of our programs offers, including how long the program last, the credits, costs and hours. Separating them with tabs (by sections and I even made an Index and introduction)
I am also putting in the most frequently ask question and the answers.
I as an admission representative like to have everything organized and accessible, i have created a binder with dividers and have put everything in orden
Jason,
Continue to build your notebook by adding materials relative to the student experience.
Patty Aronoff
Frank,
Student files should be a chronological progression of their association with your school.
Patty Aronoff
Michael,
Sounds great! It will be the best read resource you have ever created.
Patty Aronoff
Dalia Kennedy,
Exciting! You are creating your own book which will not let you down.
Patty Aronoff
soch,
Excellent! Continue to make sure all forms are current and replaced.
Patty Aronoff
Michael,
Whichever way works best for you! Notebooks are portable.
Patty Aronoff
