Making sure that any new information be relayed from upper mamangement down to representatives in a timely manner at meetings and traning sessions.
Ensure that I have contact with the individuals that I will be able to obtain important information. I will continue to ask questions to keep learning about the changes that may occur at the schools.
Right it's in on going process and things change almost daily so it's very inportant to keep up to date.

Open forum type meetings gives everyone a chance to ask and inform.
What our school started, today is the actual first friday. There are trainings every Friday morning. i think that is a great time to dicuss or perhaps mention anything that we as a whole team are not clear on, have doubts and may want to clarify with others.
When you are the only Admissions person. Time for class can be hard to come by.
I will schedule the last Friday of each month to meet with my Campus President, Education Director, Career Services Director to gather any new up dates and visit various industry relevent websites suggested to stay informed.
At the beginning of each recruiting season our Director scheduled a meeting with all departments which provides us with up-to-date information. The meetings take place twice a year. The departments are also readily available to answer our questions at any piont during the year.

The 12 standards are an important part of compliance and licensure renewal with the Commission. Excellent point!
The Operations Department keeps a Binder that includes the 12 Standards Narrative with Exhibits. CIE mandates the required material and keeping it current. This seems like one of primary sources for current material answering the questions about school, organization and compliance.
