I am very familiar with the information about our institution. As far as the history, how it came about, and the programs that it offers. I do have an advantage that compared to many other schools it is very small and we are very lucky to be able to use this familiarity to help not only faculty and staff, but also the students.

I am building my intitution from the ground up....but I am learning something every hour presently....learning how to decide on my own processes and ensuring i am meeting the state's requirements also....

After I started taking this course, I have gotten more interested in what every department does, in detail. So I have been talking and asking question. So now I feel more confident of what I tell my student that we offer them. I still need to do more research, but I guess that is going to be on my day to day basis. I feel proud of my self. My knowled of my institution is expanding minute by minute.
It is great feeling to be on these shoes. We want to do it well.
