I would say so far, so good. I have picked up information at every event, meeting, and interaction I have been involved in. Aside from specifics of our programs, my knowledge of admissions rules and requirements are also expanding daily...
I know about the admissions process, the programs offered, their cost, the hours required to complete the programs, our organizational chart, who works in what department, who does what, the way the facility is set up, some of the rules and regulations regarding the admission process, etc.
I have been with this company for a couple of years and I am constantly learning new things. It is important to remain open to new ideas and concepts in order to keep growing in your position and to better benefit those you are helping.
Rebeca,
Wonderful! As you learn, take time to see how they are applied at your school and your students.

Patty,
Good advice! We should always find out the right answer Han risk giving out wrong or misleading information.
Patty Aronoff
Jennifer,

Donard,
Sounds exciting! The technology field is a very fast growing and demanding part of the workforce. Your community and corporate connections will be invaluable.

Roger,
Everyone should learn but be on the same page. As the director, it is your responsibility to maintain consistency and compliance.

I knew about rules and regulations regarding admissions representative, admission processes, enrollment agreement, institution policies and I learned many things related financial aid and the CIE rules
I rate my knowledge as excellent. I make sure I give correct an accurate information to all my prospective students, and if I am asked a question that I am not sure of the answer, I do my research before responding.
I would rate it as constantly learning; but I have picked things up really fast (faster than I expected). I came into the position as a manager and trainer, but not from IT background. After being here for only six months, I am extremely comfortable with speaking with new hires on the ins and outs of the position and what to expect.
I know that my institution provides IT training to consumers. Wea are dedicated to to offer a quality type of training and also provide all kind of assistance to our student in order for them to be succesful. I know that my institution will team up with a lot of well known corporation to secure not only internships for my students but also future jobs for them. I also know that one of the goals of my institution is to be able to provide in the near future Bachelor and Master's degree program.
Not only am I new to the school, I am also a first time director. I am continually learning more about the school and each department. I have a great team that is willing to show me their ways, so hopefully together we can improve them.
Donard,
Congratulations! Continue to share your knowledge and train others so that your school remains compliant.
Patty Aronoff
Diana,
The more you know about your school and the services your school provides, the more successful your students will be.
Patty Aronoff
I think I can rate my knowledge as perfect, because I'm the President and I'm the one who started everything from scratch.
I would rate my knowledge of my institution rather high. I am aware of procedures regarding orientation, academic assistance, counseling, housing, placement & career services, learning resources, and alumni association.
Arilton,
Congratulations on your achievement! You have seen your idea grow and the impact it has had on the students you serve.

I know a great deal about this institution since I am actually the founder. Over the years I can see the improvement on the Academy and myself. I have watched it grow and change over the past 10 years to become a mature and well organized place to learn.
From the organizational structure I understand how I want this place to run and I keep a watchful eye on my staff since we are a small and very specific academy.
Parish,
That is what is so exciting about our sector. There is change and we are never static!
