We have meeting once a week for the entire staff and I have meetings every day with faculty to keep up with any changes or issues.
There are several meeting at this school every day to make sure everyone is on track and in compliance with all the changing of the rules and regulations.
I agree meetings are very important to the success of an Admissions Representative. I meet with FA and Career Services weekly just so that I am abreast of how our students are doing finding employment, and to see if there have been any changes in FA.
We have monthly admissions meetings with all campuses and then we also have staff meetings monthly and weekly admissions meetings within our campus.
we have what is called the Show Meeting anfd CEP meeting, both of which provides information regarding outcomes and performance for the marketing department and the the status of the company and how each department is having either a negative or positive effect on the company's expectations and benchmarks.
Yesenia,
Meetings are the way that we stay connected and make sure that we are all on the same page. Meetings should happen regularly and provide an opportunity to learn and grow.

Bryan,
Having an action plan after the meeting make sure that items are being taken care of. Assigning someone to particular task or particular student with expected outcomes places the school moving forward in taking care of issues.

We owe it to our school and our students to be most current in the industry and trends. It's an ever-changing world and you get lost if you don't keep up.
Patty Aronoff
We usually attend meetings on a monthly basis or as necessary. The head of all departments are at these meetings. This way we can each give a summary of what is working and where there may be issues that need to be addressed in each department. Whenever problems arise, we assign someone to take ownership of getting the issue resolved and we set a timeline for final resolution of the issue. These meetings help keep everyone in the loop about current events at the school and help us to grow as an institution.
