We have weekly director meetings that I attend. Our national management team disseminates information through these meetings, which I pass on to my team. I also attend at least one national conference each year, and I send my employees to at least one national conference, so that we can all stay abreast of trends and developments in the industry.
I attend classes, financial aid meetings, orientations, and staff meetings anytime there is one, so I can learn anything new or maybe hear something I haven't known in the past.
