Mario,
Excellent! Your meetings appear to be informative and provide opportunity for learning and growth.
Patty Aronoff
Jacqueline,
Excellent! Meeting should be varied and of substance. When meetings become rote or routine they can lose their validity.

We have weekly meetings in the admissions department in which we are updated on new lead generating sources that have been implemented, institutional changes that may affect our department, and provided training on how to deal with prospective and current students.
We have a weekly meeting for all departments at the institute. We each have a method of reporting our statistics and how we are complying with our policies. Questions are asked and responded to immediately. We are aware of any changes at the department meetings, but we also receive responses through email from our admission director and campus director.
Over the years I have worked here, especially getting involved in the accredidation process, our institution has come to realize the grave importance of weekly/ bi-weekly meetings. So much important information that had gone un-recognized, not discussed, ignored, forgotten or miscommunicated is now discussed more thoroughly and the flow of communication throughout the staff, as well as morale, as greatly increased. Sometimes we even have a theme, choice of food or snacks as part of the meeting to heighten acknowlegement and attendance.
Colleen,
Success in school is determined upon growth and good communication. No matter what the size, we need to always be able to communicate and help each other to the process.
Patty Aronoff
Megan,
Meetings are a great opportunity to bond and get to know your fellow employees. After all we still work on a team and have a great influence on each other.

As we are a relatively small vocational training institution, I personally attend any and all meetings that occur, with the exception of private meetings between the director and lead instructor. After those meetings occur, I ask to be furnished with any pertinent details of those meetings.
I would like to attend as many meetings and training opportunities as I possibly can during my time at my current institution. Meetings encourage growth and improvement as well as provide a chance to get to know your fellow employees. - Megan
Ebony,
Meetings are a necessity in communicating information to our teams. They should provide an opportunity for learning as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
Patty Aronoff
There are meetings geared toward product knowledge for various programs, daily meetings regarding policies/procedures/expectations regarding admissions, and campus wide meetings to discuss any regulatory changes.
Kristin,
It is critical that new information be disseminated to all staff as quickly as possible. If we do not ensure that current information is given out, then we risk the possibility of misinformation being provided.
Patty Aronoff
Kayla,
Meetings are a great opportunity for everyone to learn and grow within the department. Meetings should have an opportunity for questions to be asked and direction to be given.
Patty Aronoff
AZRA,
Meetings are a very important part of admissions operations. Many meetings are held throughout the day as well as throughout the week in order to make sure that all staff are on the same page.
Patty Aronoff
We have monthly inter-department where we learn of new developments and ongoing activities in each department.
Meetings that our compliance department holds for admissions. We also conduct weekly trainings to stay current on new information as it pertains to admissions and our institution.
We have meetings every friday concerning the job and also have weekly meetings.
Rita,
It takes an entire school to create a graduate. All departments should participate in the learning opportunity to create a positive experience for our students.
Patty Aronoff
Cameo,
Training should be an ongoing opportunity. We always have something new to learn and apply in our positions.
Patty Aronoff
Dr. Sylvia,
Meetings are a necessity. This is where we learn to grow as a team but also share our knowledge.
