Stephanie,
Quick daily meetings keeps the team together. We can see how we can help each other and see what the teams goals are. We have opportunities to share ideas and congratulate those successes.

Patty Aronoff

Jason,
Agreed! In order for departments to work together we need to understand what each role is in the student experience.

Patty Aronoff

Faith,

This is a common practice in admissions. Weekly training is vital to our job so that we can continue to grow in our product knowledge to serve our students.

Patty Aronoff

Rachel ,

Meetings are great communication links. You get to find out what's going on campus as well as learn new information for your position.

Patty Aronoff

We have meetings regularly to keep updated on all departments of the entire school.

My company has monthly meetings as well as training workshops that teaches us those things.

our team has monthly meetings where we share and discuss from each department the following:
what goals are and were
what we did to meet those goals
compare goals from previous months and plan an attack for improving ourselves for the next coming month

also we have meetings every morning to discuss what is going on, on a day to day basis.

and last but not least we have student testimonials as well as learning meetings to better our knowledge of how we help individuals and to learn how we can take it further to make everyone involved experience better

I attend weekly meetings not only to learn more about my job, but to also ensure that I know what's going on in my department; are there any new developments, are there any newly enrolled students, etc. These meetings are vital to me, as I'm the new kid on the block and need to pick up on how things are run as quickly as possible, with as much depth as possible.

We have training every Friday. We are trained on time management, product knowledge, how to ask better questions in the interview process, and understanding how to dig deeper in the interview.

I think it is very important for internal meetings to take place between different departments.

We have monthly meetings to ensure we are keeping up to date both for faculty and staff.

Naldy,
Great news! This is an excellent opportunity for all involved. It keeps everyone on the team on the same page and continuous learning,

Patty Aronoff

James,

Once you have your baseline of information, it's not too difficult to keep current. It takes attention to detail and regular contact with information sites.

Patty Aronoff

Miriam,
Frequent meetings are an important aspect of the department. We need to get together to discuss current situations, trends, and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Patty Aronoff

William,

True collaboration comes with individuals working as a whole unit. Teamwork has to exist in a very competitive environment.

Patty Aronoff

Arilton,
It reinforces the team mentality. Knowing that we are all working towards a common goal is important to the team.

Patty Aronoff

Ivette,
We exist in an ever-changing environment. That is a very good practice to have so that we are informed and are able to discuss current trends with our students.

Patty Aronoff
