Koffi,
A common practice is to have a quick five minute meeting just to get together, to see where we are at , where we need to go and if anybody has any questions.

Patty Aronoff

Linda,

Technology certainly has given us many more opportunities to connect and have meetings. From having meetings via the Internet or conference calls it brings people from faraway together.

Patty Aronoff

Dennis,

Meetings are a necessity. Brings the team together and gives us opportunity to learn and grow.

Patty Aronoff

Our team does a weekly meeting. We normally go over training tips and enrollments from that week that stand out one way or another. During that meeting we will learn of any changes or additions that are required.

Our group has weekly meetings in office to learn different techniques from eachother, as well as administer conference calls with other campuses to get a variety of feedback.

In admissions, we have weekly meetings in which we discuss compliance and role play admissions scenarios to ensure that we are handling any student objections correctly.

I have to really keep up with all this information on my own. The information given to keep up to date with the rules and regulations is going to help me out a lot.

Every Fridays will have a meeting.

Attending regular meetings can benefit everyone if there is true collaboration. Everyone can gain new knowledge, share best practices, learn what NOT to do, reminders of critical steps, and building teamwork.

In our Institution we have biweekly meetings to keep our personal up to date. It is very effective to keep everyone in the loop and I feel we run a tighter ship when everyone knows what is going on, what we need to pay more attention to and this way the whole group works better together.

I attend weekly meetings,to update any new information and-or changes happening within the institution, to provide students with the most up to date information available.

Meetings take place weekly. Usually on a Monday, beginning the weeks progress to re-cap on last week and whats to come.

For a new and starting institution like ours, "Admissions Meetings" should be held on a regular basis involving admission staffs, agents and school administrators for updates on admission policies and regulatory requirements.

As the director of our campus I attend directors meetings at least once a quarter (via conference call), once a year in person with all directors. I have monthly meeting for my staff and this keeps everyone informed of all the updates and changes.

Our team has weekly meetings to ensure we are current and up to date. the meetings keep issues current and always re-enforcing the importance of all we need to know and what we do.

Thomas,

That is a common practice amongst admissions departments. It seems Friday morning is a great time to provide training and not disrupt operations.

Patty Aronoff

We do weekly training, every Friday morning to ensure we are staying on top of new training and reminding ourselves of what we have covered prior to.

Julie,
Excellent practice! Quarterly meetings are an opportunity to see whether not your institution is growing as expected. Changes need to be implemented to make sure that you are on track for growth.

Patty Aronoff

Rahiem,

Meetings bring everyone together to be on the same page. Meetings provide opportunities for growth and learning.

Patty Aronoff

Ashley,

There should be an open door policy so that you are able to ask questions when you need answers. Providing the correct information to your student may require you have to go ask for clarification.
