It seems my department conducts quarterly meetings to go over everything that occurred in the previous quarter, what to expect in the near future, changes that have been made, and to go over any questions. Whenever something new is being introduced to the department that we need to implement right away, my supervisor likes to conduct one-on-one or small group meetings so everyone is up to date.
its very important to to attend meeting about every because to learn and grown about the policies and procedures on the job and learn how do things correctly. And to grow as an institution.
We have department meetings where we will discuss any changes occuring in the team. Also, our supervisors are readily available to meet with us and frequently keep us up to date on the correct policies and requirements.
At our institute, we have monthly meetings to discuss prospective and current students. It is a good idea to have meetings because you discuss different ideas to make jobs easier and make sure things flow smoothly.
Our institution does not have regularly scheduled meetings for all departments. We do have the Director's meeting with is for directors only. Our Admissions department is very small so we do keep in close contact and communicate regularly. I feel that involving all staff in meetings to stay current on policies and potential changes in policies is a must.
Our institution has weekly meetings to discuss admissions and regulatory requirements. This helps our staff keep up to date with changes that occur.
Admission meeting is very important. We need to understand every part of the process.
We have quarterly department meetings, but department-wide emails are sent out on a regular basis. I feel that both the face-to-face and digital communications are key factors in keeping everyone up to date.
I attend weekly meetings to make sure that everyone is up to date on all of the information and requirements. This helps insure that everyone is on the same page and is a great time to voice and questions or concerns that you may have.
Our team meets on a weekly basis to share progress and news from our respective departments. We also have meetings with our teaching staff every term to find out about their concerns, experiences, and advice.

The meetings I attend include Academy Advisory Board of the College of Ed. At my institution we have monthly meetings for all of the Continuing Education Representative or Agents. It is nice as it is a reunion for all of the CE Representatives from all of our campuses throughout the state and our CE prgram head is always in attendance. During these monthly meetings we discuss our goals, future programs, marketing strategies, have a Q & A session. Afterwards we all go to lunch and get to know one another on a more personal level. I think this is important as it makes us more comfortable with each other and it is when we really see where everyone is struggling and is when we receive the most help. Our campus also has weekly meetings where the entire admissions team comes together and talks about our goals, what we have learned and it is a time for us to ask questions and get clarification.
