Meetings, meetings, meetings. Some will say there are too many meetings! But the importance of getting together and communicating is priceless.

It is a great practice and one that should be taken seriously. I know sometimes we think we have it down, but there is always something new to learn.

Here we have meetings with all of the directors to learn and get updates on the programs. They always supply us with new up to date information whether it is through email, distribution or meetings. We also have weekley meetings to make sure we are all on the same page and everyone is doing what is expected.

We have daily department meetings, weekly staff meetings and monthly in service meetings.

We have one weekly meeting with the admission´s responsible.
And also if It appears some new information during the week, she report us directly of any changes in the rules or in the programs.

Every day the responsible of admissions communicates us all the new information.
We also have a weekly meeting with all the admission´s staff.
I feel very confident with the information we offer candidates.

We have a monthly meeting with all the faculty and school staff. We just had it last Friday.

At our school we hold weekly Product Knowledge meetings where instructors will come in and talk to us about the class they teach, this way we can gain better knowledge of the program and the classes.

As a new employee I have started attending the ddaily and weekly meetings and trainings. Because I use to work for the University of Phoenix our meetings will help me make the transition of being an employee with VC. This will help me learn that things are not done the same in all cases, which is essential to my being successful at Virginia College.

Our Institute has several meetings such as daily meetings in each department,weekly trainings and monthly staff meetings.

We have daily meetings in our admissions department to make sure that everyone is doing exactly what we are supposed to do. We also have an extensive weekly meeting at the end of the week about policies and anything that might have changed as far as requirements go.

We have daily meetings and weekly ones as well and I find them extremely helpful in keeping everyone up to date and fully informed.

We have have daily weekly and monthly meeting to we us updated on new policies and refreshers.

In our campus, we have daily meetings in admissions. Sometimes three times a day.

Every morning we have a morning meeting to stay up to date what is happening in the office and our institution, besides that we also have coffee breaks every now and then to connect with our partner institutions and exchange some news. Besides that I attend any and all meetings we have with companies that we work with. For example to stay up to date on Financal Aid options that we offer.

We have several meetings throughout the day to talk about any updates on the students and what interviews we have for the day. As far as a big meeting we have it on Friday morning where we discuss any regulatory changes, and any class changes or additions intructors may had implemented and also it gives us admissions associates the ability to learn about the courses so that we are able to better inform our prospective students on what to expect when they enroll.

We attend daily morning meetings/pep sessions, during these meetings we cover any changes to current policies and or requirements.

Once every week, we have what we call a "coffee break". Here, all staff from every department is required to be in attendence. This includes, student services, instructors, operations, placement, financial aid, and admission staff. We find this very informative as we are given updates on any changes, challenges, or successes we are having.

We met with the different departments, share experiences and information helps us get a better functioning of the institution, consider the criterion of employers and ex students is also very beneficial for better school performance.
