AZRA,

As a manager, you are responsible for he conduct of your staff. I would certainly recommend boh.

Patty Aronoff

Carlos,
It can mean the difference of being compliant or being in violation of the law.

We could review the enrollment agreenment, and also listen in on interview being conducted.

One of our key aspect at time of enrolling any candidate is they know completely the DO's and DONT's as students. If any candidate after the interview with our enrollment staff is fully aware of what they are responsible and what's the school responsibility to them, their time with us is very smooth and students can focus on learning process.

Thomas,

Always question and research! Your philosophy is one on continual growth.

I read, re-read and investigate Rules, the corporate policies, the catalog and enrollment agreements to ensure I stay sharp. I also do consistent training in weekly meetings challenge their knowledge. I cannot expect what I do not inspect. I do in interview observations, to ensure compliance as well.

Jamie,

This is where excellent communication skills are very important in admissions.

Patty Aronoff

When interviewing students, we need to make sure and get a clear concept of the student. In finding that concept we can make sure we explain our program specifics and only enroll students who meet the qualifications.

Mily,

Excellent practice! The assurance of right answers gives the confidence they need to hear.

Patty Aronoff

Dorothy,
Admissions is the face of their future relationship with the school. From humble beginnings...to graduation!

Patty Aronoff

Hamlet,

As a DOA, you have a responsibility to conduct oversight on your reps. A second interview with the enrollments is a best practice.

Patty Aronoff

Yasmin,

Excellent! The student is entering into a contract for their future.

Patty Aronoff

Alejandra,

Add integrity and knowledge to the mix. These are the basic elements that form the foundation from which all follows.

Make sure the student meets all admissions requirements as well as make sure they are provided with honest information about the school, If there is an answer I do not know, I don't stop until I have the right answer and can give it to the student.

The admission process is the first experience a student has with a school. Therefore a well trained, courteous and honest admission staff is an asset to the institution.

Sounds great.
We integrate all of the requirements into our admissions training, paperwork and process so that often times it is both written and verbally covered as part of the admissions process. As DOA, when I follo-up on recent enrollments, I go over some of the requirements in a casual and comfortable manner. This is how I spot check my reps.

At our institution we make sure the student complies with the admissions requirements and fully understand the program they are enrolling.

Honesty and respect are two very important things when making an enrollment, the students visualize a good image of the institution to which they will belong.

Carla,

Honesty and transparency is the only route to follow. We would expect the same for ourselves.

Patty Aronoff

Victoria,
That's an excellent plan. Training and learning should never stop.
