Karina,
Standardization brings consistency which is integral in the compliance process. We are all completing the paperwork the same way which ensures the correct following of the procedures.

This is a great exercise that should be done on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency of information on all platforms. Sharing a consistent and compliant message with our prospective students is so important at our institution, that our President is very involved in establishing and reviewing our marketing methods and strategies.

I get so excited with all the new equipment and construction of our school for dental assisting that I have said "state of the art" to describe our digital technology.

I agree with keeping standardized templates keeps us all uniformed in communicating the right information to all prospects.

Last year while offering a scholarship, we learned that when advertising the scholarship it is required to list the requirements to meet the scholarship in all advertisements.

Absolutely, prior to any advertisement being printed or presented our Marketing Team Leader submits it for approval to our Director of Compliance. This ensuring that are college will continually remain compliant.

Janel,
Check the success of your marketing strategies to make sure that you were reaching the target market at your choice. As marketing is very expensive we need to make sure that we get full use of our dollars.

Jonathan,
All advertising needs to be reviewed for compliance before implementation. Sometimes the smallest detail can miss our eyes and the second check will pick it up.

Our institution has only been open for about 2 years. In efforts to substantially grow our institution we have utilized all types of advertising including print ads, TV/Radio,signage etc. So far we have received a decent amount of positive feedback and we are working to keep our efforts going!

We are a small school so all adverting is vetted by the executive staff for compliance. We are operating in compliance.

Ours too -- referrals from both our current students and alumni are an important part of of our marketing mix.

Marlin,

A second set of eyes for compliance is always an excellent practice. Many times others see things that we had we don't see right in front of us.

It is the only way to do business. When we operate under full disclosure, honesty, and integrity we have a good thing going.

Patty Aronoff

LeAnn,
Congratulations! There is a good feeling and knowing that you are in full compliance.

Patty Aronoff

I may proudly say that yes, we are in compliance. We do print ads, radio, and participate in events. We do not use lead generation companies or telephone solicitation.

We are a growing college using several types of media sources. Recently I had the fortune to do some local TV work with V.P. from our college to promote some things we were doing in our community as a college.
