Yes, my school does provide this tool. I found it very useful in the very beginning of my employment. As time has gone on, I have been able to additional questions to my list of things that students usually inquire about, at least in my experience.

Here at ITT Tech Institute we are given a list of question that student ask frequently; as well how to responds to students questions.

I am unaware of frequently asked questions with my institution, however, I play a different role with our school, so it may be something that I have overlooked (or havent looked at since I was hired).

Yes, my school does supply us with answers to "frequently asked questions". We have information with regards to each program and each questions a student may ask. These answers come from historical data relating to many of the common questions.

Our school does provide us with answers to FAQ that students may ask during the interview process. This will provide the student with the information they are looking for. We do , however, ask the student questions during the interview process and provide information that many times eliminate questions form the student. We are proactive in our interview,to give the student the most up to date information he may need

Absolutely, the questions that are asked by the students are the ones we have to pay special attention to. Those questions turn into part of the admissions process for the next prospective student enrollment.

i am sure that this school will have on going training about this subject, during training it is a good topic to bring up and discuss on a weekly basis

I think ITT has made a number of changes to our websites to both be more informative for students and representatives and in compliance with DOE requirements. Additionally, it seems that effort has been made to make all of this information as easy to access as possible for inquiring minds.

Yes, which allows consistency. Some people honestly are more likely get answers to questions that they may have by looking it up rather than talking to an actual person. It also allows people to see that others may have the same type of questions, so it will incline them to asking additional questions during the interview process.

Absolutely! It is this kind of communication between the student and admissions person that ensures a prospective student is gaining the appropriate knowledge to make a well informed decision as to whether or not our school is the right one for them.

I do not believe that I am given a list of frequently asked questions that prospective students usually ask in the admissions process, but if one question cont. to be asked, my director of admissions would let the team know of it during one of our meetings.

Yes of course. Our school has an entire document titled FAQs that we have to study. It has all the basic questions that a student would ask. It shows a suggested response, some things you may want to include,and of course some stuff you never want to say. It is very helpful. We have to study the material and take a test on it to make sure we understand basic information.

Yes the school have a website for agent to read over from previous admissions process in which agents can refer to.

Yes they do. These frequently asked questions may be open-ended, reflective or closed-ended and when asked to the students in conversation as well, provide excellent communication about the objectives of the student and what they would like to accomplish. This helps identify any potential issues that may arise and our ability as representatives to assist the prospective students think about how they may overcome any issues or barriers to attending college so they may move forward in the process.

Not really....but I have created my own little "cheat sheet" of questions that come up alot, so I have accurate answers.
