Keeping Up-to-Date

What are your plans to add any missing information and to keep up-to-date with any changes made?

A good way we keep up-to-date with any changes is through monthly departmental meetings. This is a chance for us to meet with other departments and share vital information regarding anything from scheduling, financial aid, student services, enrollment projections, marketing campaigns, special events..
Our management team leaders keep us up-to-date by checking various web sites and networking with other professionals inside
and outside our institution. We often gather information for our resource manuals at these meetings.

That is a great suggestion

I'm very excited about everything that I've learned and look forward to applying it to my everyday responsibilities here at Fortis Online!

I plan to stay updated by checking the Ohio Board website on a regular basis.

By working closely with other departments at my institution I will be able to stay up to date on any changes and make note of them. Also by reviewing our student catalog I will be in a position to provide the most current information about our programs to perspective students.

Make it a habit to update every week.

As stated in the module, we should check the Ohio Board website on a monthly basis to check and see if anything has been changed or updated. And also, dont be hesitant to ask questions to our direct superviosr or someone in our building or office that may have more information about any important updates.

I plan to stay updated by checking the Ohio board website on a monthly basis, checking the QACCs site, checking with our field rep, or by just calling the Ohio Board of Career Colleges and Schools.

My plans are to keep a floder saved to my desktop on my computer and as new/updated information comes out I will add it to my folder.

I plan on checking the Ohio Board website regularly for changes. I will also communicate with colleagues regarding new policies that will implemented or discounted. I will keep a note pad and a binder for my reference too.

I would check the board monthly and update as new information comes in.

that is a great suggestion will do the same

I believe in keeping current on all updates and changes going on with Admissions.

What a great suggestion. This will allow me to not forget to review material on a timely basis. Thank you for sharing.

I will also set a reminder on my calendar maybe once a month to remind me to check the Ohio board website, I will laos make it part of my personal development plan.

I have my binder of important rules/laws/policies that I will update on a regular basis. I will do this through visiting the websites that I have added to my favorites and meeting each day with my supervisor to discuss any policy changes and what we need to do to stay compliant. We also have an extensive training program.

using Google alerts is a very effective way to have new information sent to you via e-mail

To keep up to date with any changes I set up a monthly reminder on my calander to check the Board Website for updates. This keeps me on constant lookout for those changes that I need to be aware of.

I believe our university has now everything posted online. A member from management is assigned to update as needed and will inform us regularly of any pertinent changes. I would also generally review the information monthly or quarterly.
