Seeing that I have only been with my institution for a couple of months, my knowledge is not as high as I would like it to be; however, the tools and resources are available to me to learn about the programs, the faculty and other resources available to students.
I rate my knowledge about my institution fairly well. I have been here 6 years so I have became more knowledgable everyday I am working here. There are definately many changes that occur in this process but everyday is a learning experience.
At this time I would rate my knowledge about my school on a scale of 1-10 at around an 8. I am brand new to this particular school but I have many years of prior experience in the business. I make it a point to learn more and more each day. I firmly believe that it is a continuouse learning process regardless of how long you've been in the business. Things are always changing.
I feel it’s an ongoing learning experience. I learn more everyday about the school that I love.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give myself a 9. I am a 2 year veteran and have a wealth of knowledge in regards to our programs
Product knowledge with your instructors
i would rate my knowledge about my insitution as fairly high. I know the programs that are offered, what a students needs to enroll, and what benefits the student has while attending.
my product knowledge i feel is rated pretty high. not knowing what you are presenting will give the prospective student of false security especially if they have the information in front of them. they ask a question and you tell them something different
I feel i am well informed about my institution
I think it is vital to make sure you take your growth as a rep in your own hands. Many times, managers have ALOT of reps that work for them and if you stay quiet, your development may be lacking. It is like the old saying "the sceaky week gets the oil" - if you manager doesnt know you are looking for info or where you are lacking info, how can they get you set up to get that info?
I consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable. I have worked my way through the ranks as a rep to management and I try to make sure other departments share as much info on their process as possible. I ask alot of quesitons and I always try to find solutions for students by taking the problem in my own hands and work with management in other areas to help them. I think taking each situation and student individually has helped me put a face with online students. I treat their issue as a personal issue--it is my job to help them and if I dont know how the other departments work, I may miss out on an opportunity not just for my reps but for that student. Honestly, I feel like if I dont take the time to help my students, no one else will.
I do believe admissions reps should be very knowledgeable about their school and everything it entails. We usually have department chairs and representatives from other departmets come to our admissions meetings, but if ever I feel that I personally am lacking the information I need, I schedule an appointment with the individual in charge of that department or program so they can help me become more knowledgeable.
I feel like I am pretty well informed about my institution. I have been working here for almost 4 years now and seem to keep myself updated with changes in procedures and policies.
I would rate my knowledge of my institution as high. I am always reading over updates to the programs and changes in the institution.
I rate my knowledge as extremely informed regarding all the departmental functions, the program knowledge, the enrollment process and most importantly compliance. Since I am enrolled here as a student I have first hand knowledge of what it is like to be a student.

It is very important to be knowledgeable about the different schools at your school. Prospective students sometimes have no idea what program they want to enroll in. By the agent being knowledgeable, he can offer open ended questions to probe into the interests of the prospective student and assist in getting into the program he really wants.
I think I'm an expert regarding my institution. I am constantly going to the different departments and asking them what's new and happening in their programs.
Very High. Our management does an excellent job of keeping the admissions team informed of changes and updates. Keeping current with the school information allows me to speak confidently to prospective students.
we are all really kept up to date. we meet regularly with staff and instructors.
