Felisha,
It is good that you are aware that you need to improve your knowledge about your institution. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and stay on top of any changes at your school.
I feel that my knowledge about my institution needs some improvement. Mainly because our campus has had many changes in the past few months, so we are all in the process of learning the new rules and regulations of what can or can not say/do. I am getting much better.
I think that I thoroughly understand my institution and if there's something that I'm not sure about then I know who or where to go to in order to obtain that information.
We have regular training sessions and are kept up to date about changes.
Well, I'm no Linda Roth, but after this training I feel more confident.
Currently I would rate my knowledge of my institution as moderately high. I have just recently started working and am becoming acquainted with everything and everyone. I have been going around talking to the chairs, the dean, and any directors who can enhance my knowledge of my institution.

As a new hire at my institution, I would rate my knowledge of my institution at above average to high. My goal from here is to become fluent in my organizational and program understanding without outside assistance, however, my institution also has a comprehensive website which is very easy to navigate which I will constantly have open to answer any questions that I may have.
I feel very comfortable with my knowledge about my school. We have meetings twice a week and quarterly meetings to update our skills and knowledge about the school and program changes.
I rate my knowledge regarding my institution very high.
I am extremely knowledgeable about my institution as all Admissions Reps should be. The Admission's team meets regularly to reveiw rules and regulations to ensure we are keeping up with the most recent changes, and more importantly that we are following them.
