I am very confident, my company provides excellent training.
I'd have to say that on a scale of 1 - 10 I am at a 9.3 because I had extensive training that was mandatory. Furthermore, I took responsibility for my success here and made sure that if there was an opportunity for me to learn something within my department or others that I did.
I feel my knowledge about the institution is very high. I am eager to know more so that I can help each student with their unique situations. Possessing a high level of knowledge has made proven to be a benefit to my customers (students) as well as myself.
I felt that after reviewing all of the information, that I have been trained properly. I feel confident in the work I have done with my school and will continue to feel I am offering the best services to potential students.
I think knowledge about my campus is high. We have frequent product knowledge trainings to stay current with our programs and we also have staff meeting where we are updates with new developments as well.
I would defenitly think that my knowledge about my institution extremely high. I am always looking back at things to make sure i know and understand every aspect of the school and its rules and regulations
Though I am not new to education, I am new at this school. There are many differences, and will take a bit of studying!

As I am a new Admissions officer at my institution and constantly trianed on new information, I feel comfortable with the information about the University. If I am unsure or have questions about specific information, I reach out to specific departments for understanding i.e. Academics or the Business Office.
I would rate my knowledge as high. We have regular meetings and training sessions to keep up to date on changes at the school. My fellow agents and supervisors communicate on a regular basis to exchange ideas and experiences.
I have been in the business going on 4 years now and I feel that I am very knowledgable of the products and services which my school offers. I have lead numerous training and development modules and I am a mentor for three different admissions advisors.
I agree with you, Aaron. It's a good idea to keep asking questions and stay "in the know." If we feel we already have all the info we need, it can be too easy to slack off and fall behind everyone else.
I rate my knowledge high. I graduated from my institution and our office has met with each department in regards to their programs. Additionally, my ability to answer student questions assure me that I am versed in our programs.

Compliance on rules and regulation is vital to success of an educational institution. It institutions do not, they are not likely to pass audit tests. This will be detrimental to the health of the school.
I rate my knowledge about my institution as fairly high. I know that we have been around since 1892. 90 campuses through out the country, and 58,000 student strong. We cater to the working adult through 100% online coursework as well as ground classes in our campus during the evening. We offer associates, bachelors, and masters degree within IT, Business, Criminal Justice, and Healthcare. We are fully accredidated by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
I think my knowledge of my school is pretty high. There was an emphasis put on training my first couple of weeks that helped build that knowledge. Then on top of that I am the type of person that will ask questions to make sure I am informed.

I rate my knowledge about my institution extremely high. I've been in admissions for 11yrs now and essentially admissions is about the same at any school...The process/programs is what's different.
