I rate my knowledge very high since I have been with our school for 8 years. I am familiar with the school but also our staff and faculty. So if I can't answer a question, I know where I can find out the answer.
Being that I am a new Admission Officer, I am learning as I go but I feel very confident in my product knowledge in the institution and am confident that the more that I learn, the more that I will be able to assist new students in complying with all required state regulations, rules and procedures. Knowledge put together with experience is a winning combination.
I would rate my knowledge pretty high about my institution we have had intense training and now that I’m going to school I can experience firsthand what my students are going through.
Considering I am a recent addition to the Global-Online Admissions team, I would say that my knowledge of Strayer University and its programs needs improvement. If I were to rate my knowledge about my institution I would say it's sufficient. However with over 120 different variations of degree programs there is always more to learn :)
ITT TECH does an excellent job of training and retraining their representatives. Compliance is very important to us and I rate us 100%
