On a scale of 1-10 I would rate the knowledge of my institutuion at a 9. There are certain things that do not fall in my department and although I'm aware of most things I don't always put my self in a position to fully understand them as I would never deal with them.

In addition to my other response, we have daily meetings and formal weekly trainings

Knowledge at my institution is very important and is the key to success to enrolling students. During training I interveiw serveral directors abd instructors to gain vitial information to education potential students

I have very good knowledge about my institution. The training procedures and information presented are very comprehensive and thorough. The requirements involved in moving through the training process provides an exposure to all the various elements of the school's operations.

My knowledge is improving every day as a new admissions representative.

I feel fortunate to have excellent training with my manager, DOA, regional director and the admissions team. I have shadowed many seasoned reps to learn phone, tour and interviewing skills. I have also met with the director of education, career services and the director of finance to learn how all the departments work together. Good note taking and reading all the material I can get my hands on is helpful.

I would rate myself at 8.5 out of 10. I have been with this institution for a while now and I am actually training new employees.

I would say that it is in progress and always will be. I am confident that I am able to answer questions potential students pose to me or know who to direct them to if I don't know an answer or cannot say for compliance reasons. It is important to know that my knowledge has to be updated with every update in the school. I am convinced that I will always be able to stay curent on knowledge. "Product knowledge" is the most important thing in being able to help students make decisions that are best for their life.

I would rate my knowledge as above average for my school, not solely because of my tenacity to know the programs, but because when there are changes on the horizon, our school will generally inform its admission representatives of those changes.

I have been working here for some time. Making sure I have the information to answer students questions for the past year and learning about our school programs, I would consider myself an expert in this field.

I consider my knowledge level as high. I am working at this school for six years and always keep all information up-to-date. I also think that my level of communication with other departments is very high.

Given the amount of time I have been in this position I would rate myself fairly high. I would say 7.5 out of 10. I plan on being more proficient through doing research on the jobs that each major prepares grads for. I have in the past, but I want to revisit to get more data that would help. I also plan on getting the most current stats from career services for my own knowledge.

We too have weekly training meetings. And always strive for compliance. I am very knowledgable about this information but I always have access to it if I have a question about it.

I rate my knowledge based on what I have put into the research and training. Both are very high.

I would rate my knowledge of my institution very high. I am very familiar with my college and its parent company. I have worked in higer education for the past 7 years, so I feel that I am well versed with my school.

I believe I'm very knowledgeable about my institution. I understand the policies, procedures, typical daily routines, etc. The one thing I find challenging is constantly staying up to date with new technologies and what is 'hot' at any given moment. I am in placement services so I need to know what to look for in individual students' as well as what their training tracks should be. This is something I am constantly making a priority - self learning.

Since I am very new to my institution, I do have some gaps in my knowledge right now but because of the great training I have received so far, those gaps are few and far between. Besides that, They have wasted no time in getting me into training both in regular educational formats and a hands on format. Because of those, I feel pretty comfortable right now but I know there is always room to grow.

I have a good understanding of my institution and what is available to current students and potential students. Admissions is working with all department heads to learn more about the programs offered so that we can better sell them to applicants.

I feel very comfortable with my knowledge about my institution, I have always worked in the admissions department, although not always as an agent. I had time to get to know my institution in admissions before actually becoming an agent.

I would rate my institution knowledge at a high level. One year of working here has given me a lot of insight and given me plenty of time to learn the ins and outs of Strayer. This is important because a student puts their trust in their admissions officer and I want to always give proper information.

I am very knowledgeable about my institution, having worked here for 3 years now and being in various positions in the company. I also go above the required to sought out information about the programs and different types of careers that are out there. I do keep up to date and ask if any changes or updates have been made to the courses, teachers, institution in general.
