They are included in the enrollment packet. We explain it to them thoroughly as part of the process.

All applicants and enrolled students go through very structured processes from admissions to financial services. Each department will provide the required information/disclosures per regulations. Other departments are required to refer questions related to admissions or financial to these trained staff.

It's great to see the sharing/training of information across multiple departments.

Prospective students receive required diclosures throughout their admissions process. All disclosure documents are provided and are explained to the student in detail at time of enrollment. Students are always referred to the appropriate department to guarantee that the accurate information is provided to the student.

Institution/admission department provide all students and prospective students with appropriate disclosures.

There is a checkoff list that every student must sign and it is then placed in their file.

Organizational policies "OTM's" are in place and packets are given to students in Admissions preceeded by discussion and opportunities for questions.

We are continuosly checking for any changes in the rules as they pertain to current and up-to-date disclosures.

Our campus has standard forms. After the forms are explained to the student we keep a signed copy in the students file.

These are done during the initail intereview process. The folders are audited by the admissions coordinator and by reception desk and the registrar to determine that all is complete.

This is a function primarily with the Admissions and financial aid offices at our campus.

It is very good information to have.

Shana - thanks for sharing your good practice to ensure the student as well as the school has a copy of such documentation.

As an an instructor, I have limited interaction with prospective students. Our admission team are the primary individuals interacting with prospective students. Our well trained admission team understands the in the legal aspect of communicating with prospective students. To parellel my responsibility of providing information to the student to the admission team providing disclosure documentation is the method instructors give academic or conduct advisement statment. Our students are given a copy of any signed documentation (grades, remediation requirments, written conduct advisement, etc..) to keep in a home file.

Admissions department manages the task of student disclosures. Individual academic departments reinforce the polices ofthe admissions department and the information as stated in the catolog.

Our school provides prospective students with a well-developed student catalog which outlines required disclosures concisely.

These steps are a great example not just of meeting the disclosure requirements but also of having cross checks in place across multiple departments to make sure nothing "falls thru the cracks". Thanks for sharing, David.

Our admission representative discuss the disclosure documents during the admisssion interview & during the enrollment process. The students & prospective students recieve the disclosure documents at the time of enrollment & ask during orientation if they indeed received such documentation from their admission rep.

We compiled a compliance binder for all admissions representatives to include all disclosures for each program. When there is an update or change for any disclosure the old items are shredded and replaced with updates.

We also have discloures signed and a copy given to enrolled students. Every prospective student will view disclosures and a copy of catalog will given to each of them.
