I get stressed out with the flow of communication at my company! My superiors manage by e-mail, and I often experience non-communicated expectations! No accountability on their end, only mine! Like the process of securing externships, I was never taught how supervisors do this, where documents are, what timelines should look like etc. I have tried many ways to address this problem but it has to do with the powers above me, so I feel helpless sometimes and I just "figure it out". But I am actually a perfectionist, and I even read the instructions of a simple tool, so unclear procedures stress me out! How do I handle this? Chip
