Marlene, I completely agree with your assessment on a clean ISIR and the ability to expedite the FA process; however, when you do not have a clean ISIR is is good to a solid foundation based on customer service. Joan, I think both of your suggestions are good and will definitely allow auditor to quickly review and determine compliance of student files. If I was in a college FA Office I would have a Peer Review SOP. I think we all could learn and share more within our departments. Sincerely, Chyrl

Erica, It is necessary for someone to have a thorough understanding of the Business Office and deadlines for awarding, disbursing and reporting of TIV funds. I would recommend that you review the Blue Book since it contains the accounting requirements for the Federal Funds Programs. Sincerely, Chyrl
