I have created a binder with all the information and material given to me by my Institution. I'm always updating the information and also I created a digital file just in case.

I think that the best way is being very organized and keep all paperwork accordingly with the students needs. Is also important to be aware of any change or any new document.

I am also creating a binder for myself and my team,to make sure we can come back and review the training material.

I have started a binder. I am using tabs and dividers, so I am able to label and group the paperwork and information.

There is always room for improvement and there is always something new to add. reviewing in a monthly basis CIE news letters helps us in been up to date

I am keeping my notebook up to date as well as using tabs to separate everything important.

I created a binder notebook to include important documents, as well as sample documents for everything.

I put all the information given in a binder. I classify the information by priorities and make copy of some of the documents tha the students is supposed to complete.

As I'm doing the training and getting familiar with this new institution I have been creating the resource binder with all the items recommended ie ...catalog,enrollment agreement,marketing materials, ect. I have also an electronic file.

I try to organized by the certain areas that I work with admission. The first step is to make sure all the documents are complete in order to take care of the file. Then my part is to inspect what they did in order to complete my task.

We will have a master binder with a step by step process so we can check off each topic as we discuss with each potential student, this way it each students file is completed correctly each time

We organize all the information related to completing admissions training in electronic format, therefore provising its availability instantly from anywhere we are located. It is password protected and editing permissions are restricted.
