Curtis,

Learning should be fun! When we enjoy the training, we retain the elements through the experience.

M Daniel,

Excellent! Continue to add additional resources to your binder to provide you a best tool to stay compliant.

At our Institution, all important paper work related to the school is kept on file in a fire-proof cabinet in our Director's office.

Keep a binder with tabs each students have a folder with a checklist on what's needed in their file.

I will create a binder to gather all valuable resources to keep myself and others current.

I think it's also important to keep electronic copies of forms in organized folders on my desktop. Whenever an inevitable update occurs to the enrollment agreement or other Admissions paperwork, you can easily delete the out of date copy and save the most recent and in compliance version of the form.

Keep valuable information in a binder that is easy to access. It is important to keep it updated with the most current information needed to be within compliance and a success for yourself and the institution you represent.

I have created a binder and continue to build upon it as i complete the training. Additionally, we review one component each week in our Monday team meetings. We create a fun creative way to review the policies through games. Great way to stay current while maintaining the most current knowledge.

I have put a binder together as well as bullet point notes to help me stay informed.

we have a check list in each packets which has to be completely before the file is considerd complete

create a note book so that I may have the info that I need in hand and to keep me fresh on the rules and regulations.

I am organizing mine in a binder. I have divider for different sections. This way I am able to easily find the content I am looking for but also able to easily remove and add content.

Organizing in sections is the key. When I need to locate a certain piece of info on a particular subject, eg. what can I tell a prospective student regarding Financial Aid? I can look in the appropriate section and see the guidelines and rules that govern that area.

In my desk draw I have hanging folders with my papers and forms, exactly in the order that I discuss with my students. I have my resource notebook, which is my work bible. And also on my computer desktop everything organized in the same order.

Mercedes,

Being organized says so much about us. It also provides efficiency and helps us in maintaining compliance.
