Bobby,

Excellent! You have the best reference material all at your fingertips.

Patty Aronoff

I like to organize my information in a folder by subject and use.

I have printed all of the information and also I keep a sample and I have a check list so I make sure I will have nothing missing.

Organizing my binder. This is a very effective learning tool. I can not wait to share this resource with other staff members and collect their ideas.

I have compiled all of the documents from the training in a three ring binder. Additionally, I have utilized dividers to help organize the different sections. Furthermore, I have included documents pertaining to the admissions and enrollment process from our institution to the binder to tie the training to our best practices.

We keep a checklist for each student upon beginning the enrollment process. We check off each item the student turns in and place the item in a specific place in the file. The student file follows that student throughout each program they attend.

My instution gave me a notebook full of sample documents and I add information from this training to keep me organized.

we have a binder with all the important documents from this training, as well as sample documents from my institution.

I have created an binder that includes all of the information from this training and all of the paperwork pertinent to the success of our students in compliance with the regulations presented. I have organized it with tabs and try to keep it as up to date as possible!

Thomas,

If your binder is not current, it has lost it's value. Make sure to update regularly!

You are certainly organized! Most people would agree that organization brings a sense of ease in every day activities. When you need something it is right there!

Sophy,
Interesting! This is another verification that all the paperwork is there and another set of eyes have gone through it.

It is critical to create and organize a binder with all the paperwork and information that is required. Also, it's important to keep these documents up to date.

I have printed all the paperwork and organized it into a binder complete with tabs for easily locating information in the future. This information could serve as a basis for future training, to be expanded on and incorporated into the resource notebook.

I am reviewing the complete information and organizing it in a binder with tabs so I can better access them.

I like to be really organized, i keep track of all my enrolled students in an excel spreadsheet to remind me what is pending on the computer in a more neat and full format . In every file I have a checklist to see what i have and what i am missing from the student after the first visit, this will help me follow up. If i am missing something i place a sticky note outisde the folder to highlight what i am missing. I like to keep a binder with all the paperwork per program for every student and use it only as a hard copy in case i need to make copies. I also keep forms that need to be handed out in case a student asks for additional forms or just need additional information.
