I've created a binder with dividers to organize each section of the process.
We have a binder and a checklist to ensure we complete all required trainings and documents. We continue to add to the binder and make changes as needed. In admissions, its ongoing training.

My documents are organizaed on a binder at my desk, so I could have easy access for reference.
I have a 3 ring binder with dividers and even subdividers. This way I am able to locate things quickly. I am thinking about also adding a section of the items that I use most often.
I have files set up for each program including a checklist. That way I can make a copy and know that I have all the information I need. When something changes I make sure that I have the most up to date paperwork and shred the previous.
I have organized the paperwork information in my Resource Notebook by tab, and the the paperwork will be organized in a filing system for easy access.
I am organizing all the paperwork by creating a Reference Notebook.
We have to make sure we keep the original paperwork so to avoid any errors I have all of the paperwork signed in blue ink so I don't keep the wrong copies in error.
I have a check list for the begining of the class, and i have one for when the finish. The close out check list allow's me to make sure that the student has completd all papper work, and that he/she is ready to graduate from the class and move foward.
We have master sample folders that are created for enrollment paperwork. We also have checklists that have to be signed off by the rep and the DOA before turning them in to ensure data integrity. We keep everything on our shared drive as well so it is always accessible.
