I have a binder with all training materials, resources, policies and procedures to keep me organized.

I have everything in a binder and update it regularly.

I have completed Module 2.

I have created a binder with tabs, these tabs include documents from the Module 1 and Module 2, plus full chapter print outs from the CIE website and links provided. I have also saved these to soft copies.

I plan to create check-lists for when potential students meet with myself or administration staff to ensure everything within our course catalog and enrollment agreement are met and measured and placed within their student files.

Each student will have a hard and soft file that is kept in the administration office. The soft file will be held on a secured server.

I am keeping a large binder with all the recommended printouts from this training, a catalog, blank enrollment agreement, sample documents and marketing materials. I will be sure to add to it and keep documents up to date.

I have diferent Binders for diferent information, information about admissions training and other type of trainings that needs to be involved withing our department, same information for courses Info.

Everything is neatly organized in my admissions binder and updated as needed and required

I will put for information in a binder and have separate sections for admissioins training and regulatory documents.

I have created a binder that provides information from orientaion sessions, process and procedures, catalogs to degree requirements with example forms for compliance.

I printed all the documents and keep it in a binder with all the information required. The best way to organize this information for me is to divide it by subjects. It is easy to get the information when I need it.
