We like to keep an open door attitude. If something needs to be discussed, we try to make the time to do it right away rather than later and it really works for us. And if one person needs help with a project, someone else is almost always willing to help get it done quickly.

I believe that when you are with a student it is important to be able to answer all their questions. In order to do that it is necessary to keep in touch with all our departments in our school.
Yes that is what I was saying. That is what our school really concentrates on ,being better than the rest, and why they should attend our school verses others.
Absolutley Nikelino, we have "Trainings" and team meetings on a weekly basis in order to both communicate any changes in the cirriculum as well as learn about the programs offered. That way we can better translate what makes our school "special" to prospective students.
WEEKLY MEETINGS WITH YOUR STAFF, VERY SIMPLE. MAKE THE TIME TO COME TOGRTHER AND DISCUSS NEW CHANGES, OR UPDATED INFORMATION, YOU GET BETTER RESULTS FROM DOING IT THAT WAY. THIS INSURES THAT EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.

The best way to keep up to date is maintaining constant contact with the Director of Recruitment and other school oficials.
We meet often with our management team to receive information and stay up to date on requirements.
