The CIE is a licensing body. To be licensed in the state of Florida, an institution of higher learning must adhere to rules and regulation, or it will be shut down. If there is no oversight for instructional facilities, then people could say whatever they want, or do whatever they want to get enrollees. Chaos would ensue and this is not the best practice of delivering education and related services to the public. The CIE keeps staff in check for the good of students and staff, and to facilitate a compliant culture.

It is only when we provide ALL information honestly, that a student can make an educated decision if we are the right school for them or not. Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't.
