we havd daily meeting twice aday to go over all addmissions and academic information
We have two weekly meetings at our institution. These meetings inform us of what is going on around the school and anything new that will be taking place. It also lets us know what is going on in the different departments around the school.
When our admissions reps are traveling, it’s hard to get connected with everyone at the same time. There are reps that are still home, reps that are out in the field and it is very important to keep the whole team together on any updates or new processes. Which is why we have weekly conference calls to connect everyone and make sure we are all on the same page.
We have meeting 2 times a day and training every friday for 3 hours
Glenis,

I attend weekly admissions meetings which are designed to keep me abreast to changes in my industry.
We also have meetings on a weekly basis. During our meetings we discuss any upcoming special events to inform our current and prospective students of orientaion, club meetings, fundraisers and student appreciation day. We also discuss any changes taking place within the dept, distribute information from headquarters, give feedback as to where we stand as department, and how can we more effective.
Typically our campus has group trainings that we have to attend, or group webinars for any changes to anything within our position.
Sianna,
Regular meetings are opportunities for sharing information. Have different guest speakers at these meetings or highlight different topics at each meeting to create dialog.

Our institution has weekly meetings to inform staff about our programs, and to review company policies. Management also calls meetings as needed to address changes in regulations and to update us on changes that our corporate office implements.
Employees are also encouraged to ask questions and share concerns.
How do other institutions go about learning about jobs, admissions policies, regulatory requirements, etc ?
Natalia,
