We try to maintain at least one meeting every other week with all staff. Administrative Coordinator, Assistants, admissions staff and director.
CIE Webcast's meeting have been a great opportunity to enrich our everyday shifts with discussions and experiences on other schools and eventual new regulations.

We have weekly admissions meetings that focus and address any changes that might have happened with the regulatory bodies that govern our university. We also have Presidential meetings which bring all departments together to talk about the direction the university is heading and how each department can play apart in reinforcing our service to students.
The Commission is great to update new changes about the rules and everything.
The meeting with the admission representative and all people of the other department must be important for keep everybody informed about the new changes.
The seminars, webinar, etc. are important too and we learn so much from then.
We try our best to have meetings with all our admissions, student services, financial and direction at least once a month. We share experiences, Q & A's sessions, news, strategies.
We also watch webcast of commission every other month's meetings to be aware not only of commission's news but the participants experiences too.
I attend staff meetings at the College and with our consultant. I attend County-wide meetings with other educators and administrators to get their perspective. I meet with workforce development people in the community to find out their needs for personnel.
