I attend all meetings on my school - staff and instructors meetings. I'm member of the Advisory Commitee Board that we held once a year .

It is important to attend meetings and I have attended FAPSC conferences at various colleges in the past. I also have attended FACRAO and would like to attend the national association - AACRAO conference in the future. I do attend regular meetings at my institution.
I am currently participating in a training with enphasis in policies and procedures that impact my day to day operation at the campus. I also attend weekly director's meetings and we also have staff meetings every two weeks to ensure everybody is informed of issues impacting the different areas.
Team meeting are great especially the Admission department.Webnar's are good too

The Director of Recruitment at our institution continually holds meetings on a weekly basis in which we review policies and procedures as well as our institution. I find these highly effective because they keep us focused and informed on the job expectations and requirements.
In addition to these meetings there are various workshops and online training programs that we must all be up-to-date on.
