Every Monday we have a show meeting, followed by a team meeting. We have one on one meeting with the Director weekly to review our goals. We have a quarterly meetig with the Director of the Campus as well. Weekly we also have a meeting with a different program chair for about an hour to learn more about the program they offer.

By attending the school's meeting I get updated information and material needed to help me perform better in my position.

Mary,
Excellent! Keep on learning and look for additional training opportunities throughout the year.

Our meetings are normally within our accademy! Our director keeps us up to date in this particular area! Also, we have a training course (this one) every year!!

Viviana,

Reviewing outcomes is an I portent part of growth. We need to examine what worked, what didn't, and what can we improve.

Teh Admissions Director performs a quarterly meeting after evevy class start. The agenda covers: new information, objective vs. actual enrollments, advertising strategies, goals for next enrollment period.

The training is very informative and it keeps me abreast on my enrollment goals and expectations.

Wade,
Many institutions are using the Internet to conduct such meetings. Travel costs for meetings have changed the way we look at getting together.

Denise,

Daily standup meetings have proven very successful in keeping everyone informed plus giving everyone an opportunity to ask questions.

We have weekly conference calls due to the broad expanse of our staff. For example, the corporate office is in Denver, the president is based out of Norfolk, VA, and I am currently in Houston. Our last conference call, held Tuesday, lasted all day. Additionally, we have face-to-face meetings as often as possible. I attended a Board of Directors meeting in Baltimore this past August, where Florida expansion was a major topic of discussion. Try getting to Denver for monthly meetings but developed a serious health condition that now confines me to the Houston are until matters improve. We are currently talking about holding monthly meetings in Houston until I recover. Starting in January, we roll-out our agenda for DETC reaccreditation. This will require more face time between staff and administration.

The first meeting was about the institution.
The second meeting was about policies.
The third meeting was about admissions requirements.
The fourth meeting was about, how to give better customer service.

I attend staff meetings, board meetings and students meetings

I attend all meetings that we have in the company and some additional training online from time to time.

Every week the chancellor have the staff meeting, The academic Dean have every two weeks the academic directors meetings. We also have accreditation and change in regulations meeting.

We do monthly admissions webinars, quarterly training's, annual training's for admissions.

Amongst many things that I love about my job, we have meetings everyday at 11:30! We are informed of success stories or areas we need to focus on. We are updated on any changes at the institution. In addition we have a meeting every Wednesday at 1:30 with corporate staff and other locations reviewing each enrollment individually. It helps to know how we can handle current situation and for future situations.

Belinda,

Webinars keep everyone in touch through the power of the web.
