Compliant Enrollments
Your goal is to ensure a culture of compliance at your institution, especially as it relates to the admissions process. What can you do to determine how well the enrollment of new students is being handled at your school?
Ed,
Consistency is key when it comes to advertising. That is why we feel it's very important that admissions representatives be current on all marketing strategies and materials.

We make sure our brochures, web site and publications are consistent and reflect the requirements and prerequisite courses needed by the applicants.
John,
As admissions directors, we need to always be observing what goes on in our department. From the information our representatives provide, to the process that is completed. We are in the end responsible.

I absolutely agree with that compliance does help everything fall into place it sets the appropriate standards which makes you feel a since of pride in where you work which evadabley transfers to the student and our over all reputation and the security of our accreditation.
By knowing our placements rates, cost of the course and providing the prospective student honest information about our program’s cost and career opportunities placement
Solicit feedback from applicants, students, and colleagues as to how you and other representatives of the school have communicated (or not communicated) on issues related to the admissions process.
To determine how well the enrollment of new students is being handled at my institution is create a notebook of information as previously stated in the text that incorporates a checklist of items that MUST be communicated to the prospective students during the enrollment process. Keeping this consistent through out the admissions department should ensure everything is completed not only correctly but delivered ethically and falls within the compliance standards.
I agree with you, first impression and how to bring the right information in compliance with rules and regulations not only keeps students but bring new students, too.
It is true. The catalog is helps to go step by step, but I think it is also the admission officer's charisma how to make comfortable the applicants and being transparent at all times.
In compliant enrollments, it is essential part of our culture's institution during the admissions process. I'm very careful into provided the right information according with the rules and regulations that make enrollment decisions.
