Yes, the school where I am employed does provide a list of frequently asked questions to reference when asked these questions.

My school does not provide with me frequently asked questions that student may ask during the admissions process. The questions students ask are often typical. I know that some schools use scripts to keep the conversation on track however my school encourages their admission representatives to use an open forum. The key is being honest.

The School Provided the proper training tools and information necessary to answer any questions I had in reference to handling the calls in a professional and compliant manner.

I agree as well. The more knowledable we are and the more we build rapport with our prosective student the more benefical we can be in assissting them.

Yes. My school did provide me with answers to "frequently asked questions" that prospective students often asks during the admissions process. In addition, I had to successfully pass an assessment of all of the information in the FAQ guide.

Yes our Admissions Dept. and marketing material contain FAQ sheets. We have them posted on our site, as well.

Yes. Our institution provides its admissions agents with support and materials to FAQs for all of our programs we offer. For transparency, many of our FAQs are also listed on our website within the program informational content.

Our FAQs are typically updated on a quarterly/bi-quarterly basis or as-needed. This ensures that we are always giving the best solutions/resources/answers to prospective student inquiries.

They provide us with accurate and complete information so we are able to answer the student's questions fully.

I have not seen a form with that exact title, however, I have seen many places in my training book that covers a variety of topics relavant to a potential student.

Yes. We want to be compliant, not only for the sake of our job, but also to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical/sound way. It is our own personal reputation as well as the reputation of the school on the line. I also want to make sure that my prospective/current students can trust the information I am providing to them and look at me as a resource.

Hand outs are a great idea! The more experience as time goes on, just adds to the information.

Yes, my school actually has hand outs that offer requently asked questions. I've found this to be of most help in training and being able to offer the material to an up and coming student. The material is offered by programs that we offer and is easily available for each program. Very helpful!!

Students are refered to course disclosures and Campus catalogs

Indeed, Through various training materials we are given FAQ's to various common questions our students may have.

However there is always someone available to help answer any questions that may not be as easy to answer

No we kind of just address the questions as they come to us. Or we are just expected to already know the answers but nothing specifically is provided.

I agree. The more we know, the more helpful we can be to the student directly. We build rapport with students that come in and at times they really trust us. Knowing as much as we can helps better build that trust with each student we meet with.

As the Director of Admissions, it is in my opinion that this information needs to readily available to all current and prospective students. This needs to be compiled through obtaining information from admissions representatives, students and staff to ensure that students are able to obtain answers to those questions with ease. These questions are available and are updated to ensure that new questions that arise are being added to the mix.
